1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
From Our Shop to Your Door
We are so excited to share our art with you! Because many of our items are handmade or customized, please note our “Creation & Shipping” timelines:
- Customized Art & Special Orders: These take 1–3 weeks to be meticulously crafted and processed before they are ready for their journey to you.
- Ready-to-Ship Items (Postcards, Magnets, etc.): Standard items usually ship within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Once your order leaves our studio, it typically takes about 1 week to arrive at your doorstep via standard shipping within the US.
Tracking your Art: As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress!
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your Zhi Creative pieces as much as we loved making them!
- Standard Items: If your non-customized item arrives and isn’t quite what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition.
- Customized Products: We will confirm the result before it ships. Because these are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom watercolor work or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.
- Damaged Goods: If the mail carrier was a bit too rough and your art arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at hi@zhicreative.com immediately. We’ll make it right!
3. Terms of Service
By using the Zhi Creative website, you agree to the following:
- Intellectual Property: All art, designs, and images on this site are the property of Zhi Creative. We love it when you share our work on social media, but please do not reproduce or sell our designs without our written permission.
- In-Store Displays: While we partner with local gift shops to showcase our work, all online purchases are governed by the prices and terms listed here on our official website.
- Accuracy: We do our best to display the colors of our watercolor products accurately. However, because every screen is different, the colors you see might vary slightly from the physical product.
- Limitation of Liability: We are a small creative studio. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for any indirect issues arising from the use of our products.
